The middle school area comprises of two wings; Blocks A & B Each wing is 323m a total of 646 m . Demolish original house (currently used for admin and staff room) Estimated demolishing cost: R 100k

2 large multi-purpose classrooms, 3 elective classrooms; 4 syndicate rooms and 2 store rooms as well as ablution facilities. Estimated building cost: R 2,95m built at R 7800 per m (allowing for a price per m increase)

2 large multi-purpose classrooms, 3 elective classrooms; 4 syndicate rooms and 2 store rooms as well as ablution facilities. Estimated building cost: R 2,95m built at R 7800 per m (allowing for a price per m increase)
WALKWAYS & LANDSCAPING - R 450 k
HALL & OFFICE BLOCK
The Hall and Office block is required for 2022 and includes the completion of the entrance and parking facilities.
HALL
The hall and chapel is 840m and includes a kitchen, scullery, ablution facilities, store room, workshop and bus garage on the side, stage and dress rooms. Estimated building cost: R6,4m
OFFICE BLOCK
Comprises of a reception area, staff meeting room and kitchen, 6 offices, three sick rooms, ablution facilities, a server and printing room and store room. The office complex is R360m . Estimated building cost: R2,8m
ENTRANCE & FENCING
The entrance to the School requires a guard house and +- 1200 running metres of fencing. Estimated cost: R700k
PARKING & TARR ROAD
The parking areas for the hall, office block and sports areas required tarred or paved surfaces and carports and approximately 2km of tarred road.
SPORTS FACILITIES
Currently no sports facilities exist in our community. Having a sports facility will enable us to reach out to the young people in our community and help them develop physically and also present wholesome events.
PAVILION GROUND FLOOR
The pavilion comprises of 2 public ablution facilities on each side of the building and two locker room/ablution facilities in the center for sports teams, a kiosk with a fully equipped kitchen and a store room for sports equipment. Change rooms for referees and a medical bay.

SWIMMING POOL
A 25 m length pool for swimming training and competitions.

FET COMPLEX
- The FET Complex is required for the 2022 School year to accommodate grade 10 to 12 learners.
- This has to be built as a complex as it is linked with a walkway and stairs.
- The FET complex comprises of two double story wings interlinked with a walkway which houses the stairwells to the second floors. Each wing is 323m – a total of 1292m .

Ground floor: 2 large multi-purpose classrooms, 4 store rooms, ablution facilities, tuck shop and student counsel room.
BLOCK G
First floor: 3 large multi-purpose classrooms, 2 elective classrooms; to syndicate rooms and 3 store rooms.
BLOCK F
Ground floor: 4 large multi-purpose classrooms
BLOCK H
First floor: 3 large multi-purpose classrooms, 2 elective classrooms; to syndicate rooms and 3 store rooms
