This video clip also tells the story of how Vastfontein community transformation happened and how it developed over time. Johan Grobler the founder, former CEO and current Chairman of the Board, tells the story.
It gives a good overview of the community we serve and the use of technology for school children in our digital hub which hosts many digital resources which can equip children from disadvantaged backgrounds with world class education.
It also gives a quick view of the music/string orchestra training we give our kids. We aim to Raise a leader, release potential and realise a dream

GROWING TOMORROW MICRO-FARMERS
This Video clip gives an overview on the history of the development of our Micro-Farmer training program to equip people to plant a vegetable garden and put food on their tables. This training is funded through BBBEE donations for skills development.
After their training we mentor the farmers and journey with them, helping them with resources and advise. As they grow and do well we help them to set up a co-operative with a couple of other farmers who live close by and train them in running a co-operative through our “Farming together” training program. This part of the program can become an opportunity for companies to invest their BBBEE funding in ESD, helping them in their scoring and helping the farmers establish a sustainable business.
We have seen survivalists move to beginning consumers to contributors of their community’s economy.
